About this treatment
Root canal treatment removes infected or inflamed tissue from inside a tooth, disinfects the canal system and seals it. The aim is to relieve pain and retain your natural tooth rather than remove it.
We use magnification and apex location so canals are cleaned and measured accurately. Most treated teeth are then restored with a crown to protect them from fracture.
