Patient information
Practical detail on first visits, payments, policies and emergencies — so nothing about your appointment comes as a surprise.
Patient journey
Book online, by phone or on WhatsApp. Tell us what is bothering you and we will match you to the right specialist rather than the first free slot.
An unhurried consultation with examination, imaging where needed, and a plain-language explanation of what we find.
A written plan covering options, sequence, expected timeline, alternatives and costs — so you can decide without pressure.
Scheduled reviews, photographic tracking where relevant, and a direct line to the team if something does not feel right.
For a knocked-out tooth, uncontrolled bleeding, facial swelling or severe pain, call the clinic first — we keep same-day slots reserved for urgent cases. For breathing difficulty, chest pain, a rapidly spreading facial swelling or a severe allergic reaction, go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department. This website is not a channel for medical emergencies.
Outside clinic hours, leave a WhatsApp message describing the problem. Urgent messages are triaged first thing the next morning.
